Andrew and I are off to Anza-Borrego Desert State Park this weekend to see the the spectacular spring bloom. Apparently, it is extra special this year because of all the rain. According to weather.com the weekend is promising to be cold and wet so we’re splashing-out on a rented car. Whoopee! We will be staying in the historic town of Julian. This is my birthday treat!

That Andrew is so romantic! Happy Birthday Deb and I hope you had a great time. Up north here we would give anything to see blossoms or any sign of spring whatsoever!!
