These days, I'm just mad about D. Price's books: "How to Make a Journal of Your Life" and "Moonlight Chronicles". The idea in my drawing-photo collage above is inspired—oh h*e*l*l, who am I kidding—copied from one of D. Price's books. In one book he has his dinner companions draw the salt and pepper shakers: I did the exact same thing and made my companion (otherwise known as Andrew, my husband) draw the shakers. Afterwards, I added my favorite candid photos taken during our dinner and now, when I look at this page I'm reminded of a relaxed day spent kicking around Santa Barbara. That D. Price is a genius I swear!
