Where does the time go? Once again, Labour Day is upon us and we have no travel plans. After living in this big fat city for 5 years I've learned that getting out of town on a long weekend usually turns out to be a good idea gone bad. That's why we've planned our Labour Day/Anniversary getaway for next weekend. We're heading to Camp Nelson Lodge located in Giant Sequoia National Park. Our room (referred to as the bear cave) has no TV, no telephone, and no cell phone reception, but it does have a fireplace so it should be a nice cozy getaway.
