Here is close-up of the type I set for my book of quotes project. Yes, it's quite a painstaking task to set each letter, word-space and line-space (leading). It's a different frame of mind than what you would use to plunk around on your old computer. I know this all sounds horribly old fashioned in our I WANT IT NOW world, but trust me it has it's rewards. The act of slowing down puts you in a meditative state, which ends up very relaxing. The hard part for me is thinking backwards. It never fails when it comes time to print I always think, oh yeah it's backwards. Bit slow I am.
