Southern California and All That Snow

Our friends and family in Canada often don't believe us when we say it gets cold in Southern California. "Bahh, you don't know cold anymore" we often hear from the hardy folk of the last frontier, but here it is icy white crystals known as snow.
At the home of friends, a mere thirty miles from Los Angeles, we were in a completely different world. Even the company was rather strange. Although, Hansom the pot belly pig proved to be a fine host.
