It's that time of year again. One of my favorite movie event/fundraisers, The Last Remaining Seats, starts May 23. Classic movies shown in old time theatres from the golden age of Hollywood will raise money for the Los Angeles Conservancy. It's for a great cause and lots of fun. Especially if you're an old movie buff like me.

Hopefully this year it won't be as hot as last year because these old theatres are not air-conditioned. We had to go home early last year because somebody fell asleep before the movie started. You know who you are.

Scarface (the first one): Alex Theatre June 27
